Journal CZPT Housing : Heavy obligation steel casting housing equipped with antifriction roller bearings.
Lubrication : Manual / motorized grease lubrication pump for anti friction roller bearings equipped in dust sealed housing.
Stand Frame & Apron (Cap) : Heavy responsibility metal casting.
Gearbox : CZPTcal reduction gearbox greaves/ shanti make direct coupled with rear roll and motor.
Base Frame : Common foundation body large obligation, metal beams and MS plate fabricated properly machined on which whole machine with gearbox and motor are equipped. No deep basis required.
CZPT Management Panel : CZPT delta electric functioning panel with auto reversing, voltmeter, ampere, overload security relay,3 phase indicator and crisis end swap.
